My name is Áine McGarry. I am an advanced breathwork & butekyo practitioner, mindfulness teacher and equine specialist offering a variety of sessions grounded in The Buteyko method and mindfulness practices in Nature.

My aim is to help clients develop healthier, more efficient breathing patterns that can lead to improved overall well-being and the chance to learn new skills for a lifetime of better health.

Through focused breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises (some in the company of my animal companions!) I guide individuals and groups in understanding and mastering their breath, enabling them to manage stress, enhance energy levels and focus , and cultivate a sense of calm.

I am passionate about educating and creating awareness on functional breathing for life long health and I offer Talks and Demonstrations to groups on a regular basis.

Whether you are looking to sleep better at night, improve your physical and mental health, reduce anxiety, or simply feel more grounded in your daily life, my in person and online sessions are designed to tailor to your individual needs.

Buteyko method Sessions

Experience the transformative effects of science based Buteyko one-to-one, couples or small group sessions. These sessions can be conducted either online or in person or a combination of both, allowing you to choose what suits you best.

Breathe with Horses

Join me for the unique Breathe with Horses outdoor sessions. This experiential practice not only connects you with the healing power of horses and donkeys but also enhances your breathwork and mindfulness practice in a tranquil natural setting. 

Corporate and health groups Wellness

I offer demonstrations, talks and tailored breathwork and mindfulness sessions that can be conducted in-person or virtually, providing your corporate team, sports group, health centre or school with the tools to manage stress and improve focus, ultimately leading to a healthier workplace, group or centre
